Block 14 K/A-IMI is a joint development area set up by the governments of Congo and Angola in 2003 to settle a border dispute covering part of Angola's Block 14 and the deepwater part of the Haute Mer licence in Congo.In 2004, Chevron discovered the Lianzi field. All reserves discovered on the block are split equally between the Angola PSC and Congo PSC contracts. This analysis covers the share of the Lianzi field which is governed by the Congo PSC terms.
