Block IV is an oil concession located in the Talara Basin in northern Peru. Production in this area began in the 1920s, and the block contains several mature fields. UNNA Energia (formerly known as Grana y Montero) currently operates the block under a 30-year licence granted in 2015. As of December 2024, Block IV had 629 wells, of which 425 were active and 204 were inactive. All producing wells use artificial lift.
