Report summary
Shuguang gold-copper mine is locate in Hunchun city, in the Jilin Province. Shuguang is comprised of a large low grade open-pit mine and an underground mine. The 25kt/d processing plant consists of a gravity circuit followed by flotation. A total of RMB400 million was spent on a waste rock comprehensive utilisation project. A new plant with 10kt/d capacity was built as part of the project, which increased total capacity to 25kt/d. The plant was commissioned in August 2014.
