Report summary
The Sanshandao gold mine comprises 4 mining zones (Sanshandao, Xinli, Cangshang and Pinglidian) located 15km from the city of Weifang, Shandong province. The gold ores from underground mining are processed into gold concentrates on site. The gold concentrates are then sent to Shandong gold refinery for further smelting and refining. Gold recoveries at the mill are higher than the national average for the region, due to the ore nature being easy to treat.
