Red Dome (Closed) gold mine

The operation closed in 1997. A total of US$5.2M was expensed on environmental activities since Niugini Mining acquired Red Dome in 1991. Full environmental statutory compliance was achieved at all levels across the mine site in 1997. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
