Report summary
Jerooy is an open pit and underground operation. For the first 12 years, the mine will operate as open pit operation before transitioning to an underground operation. Ore is processed in a 1.3Mt/a capacity plant comprising a CIP circuit. In May 2015, a tender to develop the mine was awarded to Vostok-Geoldobycha in a bid worth US$100 million and a commitment to take on legal costs associated with previous investors.
