The UK has released the results of its much anticpiated inaugural Hydrogen Allocation Round (HAR1). The capacity awarded will dissapoint many - at just half of what was originally outlined. But, nevertheless, this represents an important first step for the UK to build out its nascent low-carbon hydrogen industry.
