Devin leads Wood Mackenzie’s supply chain group, previously known as PowerAdvocate before acquisition. He leverages his past consulting experience and passion for new product and development to lead initiatives focused on creating new or improved supply chain market-insight products and research to help customers.
Devin’s experience bridges both operations and maintenance and capital projects, as well as nearly every sub-sector of power and renewables, oil and gas, and mining. Prior to leading the research and analytics product group, he led PowerAdvocate consulting projects for more than 30 of the largest energy firms in North America.
He helped his clients manage risks, reduce costs and build more sophisticated supply chain organisations through a variety of engagements, including mergers, strategic sourcing, category management implementation, estimating, demand planning and training programmes.
Before joining PowerAdvocate in 2007, Devin held a project assistant role at the law firm of Sidley Austin where he worked on some of the largest multi-district litigation cases in the product liability sector.
