It’s National Apprenticeship Week! #NAW2025 is an annual week-long celebration of apprentices and apprenticeships across the UK. Apprenticeships are a great alternative route to learning, giving those who have wanted to find a way to get hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop the essential skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career at the same time.
Back in 2021, WoodMac welcomed it’s first apprentices into our Sales and Marketing teams. Over the years, we have not only continued to bring apprentices into these teams but expanded the opportunity to some of our other key business areas, such as the Research, Data and Customer Success teams in London.
Some of our incredible apprentices would like to introduce themselves to you and to share some of their experiences so far!
Jezelle Dela Cruz
Meet Jezelle, a graduate of the Marketing Executive Level 4 apprenticeship at WoodMac! Jezelle joined the company in 2023 as part of the Account Based Marketing team. She now operates in consulting marketing.

Yahya Ibrahim

Apprenticeships allow individuals to explore a new avenue to learning. These opportunities allow someone to develop both technical and essential skills whilst providing them a chance to apply them to real-life situations and projects. Building these up are essential for confidence and a success career. We have been lucky to have some great apprentices join, and everyone has been eager to have the chance to watch them grow, succeed and progress at Wood Mackenzie.
